That proposal is total insanity!! I can see it being arbitrarily being used to boast the stability of struggling franchises like Florida or Phoenix by giving them the next Crosby or Stamkos, but if an equally bad team was in a big market like Philadelphia or Toronto, they would not garner such generosity. |
